What Should I Do If the Item I Want Is Out of Stock?

At Aleaz Perfumes, we rarely run out of stock due to our manufacturing capacity of approximately 125 million pieces annually. However, in the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, please email us at info@aleazperfumes.com or WhatsApp us at 03295400016.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and subject to order approval and acceptance.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery for all orders over AED 99.
  • For orders below AED 99, a standard delivery fee of AED 10 applies.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Exchange a Product

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Navigate to “My Orders.”
  3. Select the option to return the item.

Once our courier service collects your return and it reaches our facility, we will ship your exchange item within 3 working days.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, including any accessories and promotional items.
