Refund policy

At Aleaz Perfumes, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aleazperfumes.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the situation and address it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
