You have the right to return products purchased from the website within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return, the products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, sealed, and in their complete original packaging, including any associated accessories (such as promotional gifts).

Aleaz Perfumes reserves the right to determine whether the returned products meet the original condition criteria. Any products that are incomplete, damaged, broken, worn, unsealed, or used by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that Aleaz Perfumes disclaims responsibility for any loss, shipping delay, or misdelivery of items being returned. The customer assumes all risks associated with the chosen shipping method.

If you exercise your right to return a product, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel the order. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Upon receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that this return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Products purchased from physical stores are not covered by this policy.

How to Return a Product

1. Initiate a Return
   Go to the “My Orders” page/screen and click on “Return Item.”

2. Schedule a Pick-up
   A pick-up will be arranged by one of our courier partners.

3. Return the Item
   Hand over the unopened package in its original condition to the courier representative.

4. Refund Process
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
